This project includes the design and construction of a new facility for the School of Pharmacy. The new Pharmacy Building will be located directly on the site of the razed Quadrangle Residence Hall (directly across the street from the existing School of Pharmacy building).  The original  (north tower) portion of the Pharmacy building will be razed and the existing 1996 south addition (south tower) will include maintenance required upgrades as a part of this project. The new building will contain laboratory, classroom and communal spaces. Webcams are available on the College of Pharmacy website.

What's New:

Milestones:

  • Structural steel has been completed for the north wing of the building 
  • Exterior framing on north wing to start in April
  • Level 5 concrete deck has been placed, concrete deck construction to be completed by end of April 
  • Structural steel on top of concrete tower to be complete end of May
  • Tower exterior metal stud framing complete mid-May
  • Interior CMU (concrete masonry unit) in Lower Level is complete.
  • Building digital coordination complete by end of March
