Description:

The new 12-story, 1049-bed, $95 million east-side University of Iowa dormitory on Madison Street will be built on the site of the old Iowa City Water Plant and is projected to be finished during the summer of 2017 and open that fall. The building will include dining, study rooms, lobby/lounge and laundry. Floors will be assigned as part of the University’s Living Learning Communities program.
